Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley will be visited on returning. The bazaar with their shops and buzzing natives prove an intriguing diversion. The most notable spot in Diskit is a 515 year old Buddhist Monastery spread spectacularly on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley.
